How to Correct for Hot Pixels in Image J

Under Process > Noise > Remove Outliers
In box, check Preview
Set Radius (typically 1 or 2)
Set Threshold (typically 100 – 128 for fluorescence)
Set Which Outliers (Bright or Dark).
